Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a superior shopping experience for our customers.

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $15.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining neat displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Handle customer transactions, perform general cleaning tasks, and monitor inventory.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous work in a retail setting is beneficial.
