Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and that customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness to create an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Role Overview

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, Professional Skills) values consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory control and stock monitoring.
• Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.
• Adhere to security and confidentiality protocols.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Experience in retail operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
