Job Description

We are hiring a Full Time Store Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a well-organized store environment, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and assist in store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and provide feedback on products.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to operate cash registers and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous work experience in a retail setting is advantageous.
