Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Contribute feedback to management on products and store operations
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
