Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers an hourly wage of $18.00, with the opportunity to work 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and uphold store appearance standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
• Handle cash transactions, operate necessary equipment, and follow company policies.
• Participate in inventory management and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
