Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating ALDI's Mindsets, processing customer purchases, providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with team members, and ensuring store inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
