Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure accuracy

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately
• Handle equipment safely and effectively
