Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and uphold ALDI's values.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring data security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Experience in retail operations and general cleaning preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Organized, attentive to detail, and capable of multitasking efficiently.
