Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Full-Time Position
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a neat store appearance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Monitor inventory and report any discrepancies.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
