We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, clean the store, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow cash policies, monitor inventory, and uphold company standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in retail and familiarity with operating store equipment preferred.
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
