Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's efficiency and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking merchandise, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Take part in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
