Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assistance to enhance the shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and stocking shelves.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
