Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and contribute to store maintenance
Qualifications
- 18 years or older to be employed
- Proficient in cashier operations and retail equipment
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior retail experience preferred
