Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Give feedback to management regarding products, inventory, and general issues
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
• Comply with company policies, maintain security, and uphold confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Work independently and as part of a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
