Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service, efficient cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean and organized displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
