Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate and be a key part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with your ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service, make product recommendations, and ensure that the store operates efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and suggest improvements
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
• Follow company policies while maintaining security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
