Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience beneficial.
