Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure shelves are neatly stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and contribute to maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred, and high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
