We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, clean, and stocked. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years and older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Previous retail experience is a plus
