Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with team members. This position offers a starting wage of $18.00 per hour for an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate clearly with the management team and offer feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and safely handle equipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
