Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to enhance the store's appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
