Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is merchandised, stocked, and clean to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to store management
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Physical Demands

• Stock merchandise and lift up to 45 pounds
• Perform various physical tasks within the store environment

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness standards
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
