Job Description

As a Full Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Educational Background and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
