Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience, providing exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure store cleanliness and neat merchandise displays.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and other store equipment.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
