Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations to enhance customer experience.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures to maintain store security.
• Complete assigned tasks and other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
