Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, uphold security measures, and perform assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
• Able to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and organization
• Prior retail experience preferred
