We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness, contributing to a positive customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with management, and offer feedback on products and inventory.
• Adhere to cash policies, perform inventory counts, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and maintain company standards.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
