Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains high standards in merchandising, customer service, and cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory for accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
