Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean shopping environment to enhance the overall customer experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a neat store appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, handle inventory, and operate cash registers following company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to uphold store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and handle general cleaning duties.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
