Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies through your daily actions.
• Process customer transactions, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to maintain store standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
