Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure store security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Experience in retail and operating a cash register is preferred.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior retail experience is an advantage.
