Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
