Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Conduct inventory counts and report any issues to management.
- Follow cash policies and procedures to ensure store security.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
