Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and keep the store organized.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and customer service to improve store operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
