Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy according to guidelines.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses and uphold security protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Capable of operating equipment and performing general cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
