Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and that customers have a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by stocking shelves, cleaning, and merchandising products.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring the confidentiality of documents and data.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks in the store.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
