Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with our team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of safely operating store equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
