We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. If you are 18 years or older with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch service, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Offer friendly and efficient customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and report product feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
