Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your main goal will be to enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills expected for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Help to monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies for security and confidentiality.
• Complete any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures with excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
