Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate professionalism and follow ALDI's M.A.P. for excellent service.
- Process customer purchases and maintain organized displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.

- Contribute to inventory management and accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
- Perform general cleaning tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle customer transactions.
- Capable of operating equipment safely and correctly.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
