Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining store operations.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Handle cashiering responsibilities with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist customers in their shopping experience.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
