Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store operates efficiently and effectively while providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, stocking products, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any issues or discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
