Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to enhance the store's visual appeal.
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management on various store operations.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
