Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains a well-stocked, clean, and welcoming environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
- Stock shelves and displays neatly.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
