Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness in the store to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves and maintain displays to meet company standards.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
