Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to cash policies, take store inventory counts, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
