Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with the team will contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security standards
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and follow instructions efficiently
• Meet requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
