Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
