Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and merchandising duties to maintain a clean and orderly store.
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and uphold company standards.
• Stock shelves, assist customers, and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow established procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures.
