Full-Time Store Associate ( $16.00 per hour)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Collaborating with the ALDI team, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory monitoring and maintain accuracy in store counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Follow all established company policies while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands and performing cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
